Adult & Senior Safety Classes - Hands Only CPR

Learn the actions that can save a life! Hands-Only CPR is a one-hour class that discusses the following:

  • How the Heart Works & The Difference Between A Heart Attack & Cardiac Arrest
  • How to Perform Hands-Only CPR
  • How to Use an AED
  • How to Treat Life-Threatening Bleeding
  • How to Administer Narcan

Who: This class is for adults and older adults who want to learn hands-only CPR.

When: Classes are offered 4 times in the fall!

Please Note: This is NOT a certification course.

Classes will be offered in person.

Classes are free, but you must register in advance

  • Scheduled class dates:
    • Wednesday, September 23 @ 6:00-7:00 PM, Station 31
    • Wednesday, October 21 @ 6:00-7:00 PM, Station 82
    • Tuesday, November 10 @ 6:00-7:00 PM, Station 31
    • Wednesday, December 2 @ 6:00-7:00 PM, Station 82
