Wildland Fire Preparedness

Learn the steps to take before, during, and after a wildfire and other large-scale disasters. This one-hour class will discuss:

  • Fire resistant landscaping and home maintenance.
  • The steps to take in a wildfire and in other large-scale disasters.
  • Communication plans and emergency kits.
  • Escape plans and emergency resources.

Who: The class is open to anyone who would like to learn the steps to take before, during, and after a wildfire. All abilities are welcome. Children ages 13 and up are welcome when an adult caregiver is also registered.
