Snohomish Regional Fire & Rescue is happy to provide citizens with the opportunity to use one of our two public meeting rooms. Rooms are open to Public and/or Non-Profit Businesses/Organizations residing or conducting business within the service area of our fire district.

Meeting rooms can be reserved for use between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday - Sunday.

Instructions

  • To request a meeting room, please complete the request form below. All fields require a selection or information entered in order to submit the request.
    • Please give our team 5-7 business days to process and respond to your request.
    • Please allow thirty (30) days for our team to schedule and process your meeting room request.
    • Please keep in mind that rooms are also used by SRFR staff, so availability may be limited.

Group Information
Rules and Regulations
  • The use of the facility will not violate applicable state laws or county ordinances.
  • It is the applicant's responsibility to state on this form, in detail, the intended use of the facility.
  • Keys to facilities will not be issued to guest groups. The responsible individual for each group will be given a temporary code which will allow access to the facility during their scheduled time.
  • No decoration or application of material to walls or floors will be allowed without the permission of the District.
  • Smoking is prohibited on District grounds.
  • Alcohol is prohibited on District grounds.
  • All guest groups will leave the premises in a neat and clean condition at the completion of the activity. The facility should be left in the same fashion as it was set up when the guest group arrived or as directed by District personnel at the time of registration. The District will make every attempt to have basic cleaning supplies available at the meeting room for the convenience of the guest groups.
  • All applicants will be responsible for any damage to the facility or equipment located within the facility and for the loss or destruction of any equipment.
  • The District will not be responsible for the loss, damage, or destruction of any personal property brought to the facility by the user of the facility or the user's guests.
  • All applicants must exercise the proper care in the use of District premises and agree to protect, indemnify, and save Snohomish Regional Fire & Rescue from all liability resulting from use of the requested facilities.
